It was fun to celebrate Kay's birthday with her! She told us she's aging backwards and that this was her 69th birthday.

Erik and Gabe went fishing at the trout farm, and that night Grandpa helped the kids (or they "helped" him) cook the spoils.
Collins also helped Gabe pick a watermelon from the garden. This was our first try at watermelon and we were pleasantly surprised! They are big, juicy and sweet. I guess that's what happens when you have a five year old eager to water the plants every day.
