Well, I've done a similar husband tag before, but since my sister tagged me and since I can't post any pictures right now, this gives me an excuse to blog :)
1. Where did you meet? We were set up by Jonna and Justin (my aunt and Erik's bff from highschool). Thanks to them, we'll celebrate 7 years in a couple of weeks!
2. How long did you date before you got married? 5 months, give or take
3. How long have you been married? 7 years on November 2nd
4. What does he do that surprises you? The other night at 10:00 he went to Walgreens to buy some Tums for my out-of-control heartburn. What a sweetie!
5. What is your favorite feature of his? He has great eyebrows. People would kill for his eyebrows.
6. What is your favorite quality of his? He is 100% genuine to everyone and is extremely committed to his family and faith.
7. Does he have a nickname for you? hotness
8. What is his favorite color? dark blue or black - anything conservative
9. What is his favorite food? He would say he could never pick just one. He'll try just about anything, though. His favorite snack is smoked oysters and crackers (peeewww!)
10. What is his favorite sport? oh my, he loves them all. prob baseball
11. When and where was your first kiss? at the top of the empire state building at midnight - straight out of a movie!
12. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? we've gotten into watching 24, but we're currently on a burn-out break. we like taking Gabe to the park and going for walks
13. Do you have any children? 1 and 1/2
14. Does he have a hidden talent? he's a good singer and a gourmet breadmaker
15. How old is he? 36
16. Who said I love you first? Erik - he says he didn't want to but he just couldn't help it.
17. Whats his favorite type of music? basically anything but country
18. What do you admire most about him? his willingness to do things the right way, even when it's hard. and, again, he's totally genuine and gives everything he does his all.

In the trivia department, Erik's father and grandfather also both loved to eat smoked oysters and crackers. Just so you know, all of Erik's relatives, especially this one, are thrilled you said yes. Have a wonderful anniversary!
