A sweet moment for a mom
Tonight, after I put Gabe to bed, he started crying in a panicky sort of way. I went in to check on him and he told me there was a ghost and a witch in the corner (ahh, thank you Halloween season). I reassured him they weren't there and then told him we could say a prayer so he wouldn't be scared. We said a prayer together and after he said amen he said "I feel better, mom!" It's moments like this that make a mother's life sweet.

Thank goodness for your blog. Now I am up to date. :) I'm so glad to be back in touch. Congrats on having a little girl! What names are you thinking about? There's such a variety with girl names.
I don't know when Gabe was born, but I had Elena in January and I thought it was perfect. The holidays make the end go so fast, you have 5 months before bathing suit season, and you get to bundle up your little one and cuddle as much as you want without worrying about her getting overheated.
