Costa Rica
Thanks again to AdvanceMe! Erik had a leadership meeting in Costa Rica, so I "unofficially" tagged along. I hung out on my own for a few days while he was in meetings, then we took two extra days for vacation together. We had a great time! One of the highlights was the canopy tour. I am afraid of heights, so this was a big deal for me. That first jump was pretty hard. We climbed up some rickety stairs to the top of a very tall tree. Then, they strap you on and send you flying across the jungle. We saw monkeys and iguanas. And, by the last jump, Erik convinced me to go upside down. The hardest thing was to let go!!! But, I did it, and I'm glad I did.
Aren't these trees cool? It's amazing how all the roots come out of the ground.
Another fun activity was the sunset boat tour. They took us all around a bay while the sun went down. It was beautiful!

I'm totally scared of heights too, WAY to go!! My sister just jumped out of an airplane in Hawaii and they made a video of it, and I was freaking out just watching it!
I'm jealous, what a fun trip to have! I love the sunset picture! Maybe Tom and I will actually get to go on a trip out of state someday...I want to come visit you guys! Georgia looks absolutely beautiful!!!
