A Visit from the Grandparents

It's always fun when Kay and Collins come to visit. The kids get lots of attention, Erik and I get plenty of dates, and I get to run all my errands by myself. Kay and I get some girl time in. We have a good time!

The kids went on a walk with Grandpa and picked flowers for Grandma to put in her hair. Lily is loving all the attention!

Grandpa is very good at playing. He has endless patience for games, puzzles, blocks. I love the seriousness in this picture. Can't you just feel the tension? Clearly doing Grace's hair was not a priority that day, by the way.
