Fashion and Sunshine

If you follow our blog at all you might have noticed that Gabe has a favorite shirt. Erik and I brought it back from Italy 2 1/2 years ago and he still wears it. This was the little ensemble he put together to go see Ice Age with me. Normally I draw the line on his outfits when we're going in public, but he was just so happy in his racing shirt, basketball shorts and skeleton shoes I couldn't burst his bubble.























Sweet Sister Lewis, who recently returned home to CA after serving the last few months of her mission in our ward, sent Gabe this "missionary in training" badge. Whenever we are with the sisters he asks to wear their nametags. He was very excited to get his very own.









We have lived here almost 5 years and never knew there was an awesome beach 10 minutes away. The lake we were aware of, but not the beach. We're so excited! We went with lots of fun friends, which made it even better. Who doesn't like a day at the beach?! Even Grace had a good time.
