Chili in July

The project of the weekend was canning chili. I am not complaining for one second. Erik did most of the work - in fact, he even sent me off to get a pedicure while he did it! (Secretly, I think he was trying to save Gabe's life after seeing my patience had run thin by the end of the week!) And, now I have 14 jars and 7 gallon ziplocs full of delicious dinner in an instant!
