Last night my sweet friends threw a baby shower for me at Macaroni Grill. I am so sad that I forgot to take a picture! I even left and then turned around and went back to my house for the camera, and yet I still forgot it was in my purse at the party. That's pregnancy for you. Anyway, I thought I'd take a picture of the darling gifts they gave us. Girl stuff is fun! We had a great time eating and chatting and laughing. Thank you so much to Ali and Haley for organizing it, and to all who came. We are so blessed to have such good friends!

I remember thinking Ben was nuts when he'd stand in the train and truck aisles at Toys R Us holding a newborn son in his arms. I had a rude awakening when I stood in the baby doll aisle with infant Cori. Yes, girl stuff is way fun, but pretty much only for the mommy. Please don't forget your camera when the baby is born!
