Happy Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving last week! Erik's mom, dad and sister came to town. We kicked off the festivities with an early Christmas gift, of all things. Erik wanted a wheat grinder for Christmas, and it arrived just a few days before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, he was quite excited. And, the bread turned out to be delicious.

A big Cannon Thanksgiving tradition is homemade stuffing. It is sooo yummy! Here is Gabe contributing to the bread-tearing/tasting effort.

This is what a lot of attention from grandparents and aunts will do to a toddler. He knew he had the spotlight, and loved the reactions he got.
Thank goodness the Cannon males like to cook - look at the size of that turkey! 22 pounds, I believe.
