Swimming Season

Our pool opened last weekend, especially to the delight of my boys. It is such a fun daddy and son activity. Last year, Gabe was still hesitant and seemed to recognize his limits. This year, that is not the case. There was no pause before he jumped into the water, tried to wiggle out of Erik's arms and dove from the steps to the edge of the pool. It was nervewracking! Let's just say our next purchase was a lifejacket.
